interactive chart

Is there a way to make the chart interactive with user? Like move the curve
on the chart and return the parameter related with the curve. (something
similar to mouse events)

Yes, you can. It may be done thru custom drawing. It won't be a walk in the
park but it's definitely do-able. I've written an article on custom drawing
on MSDN that you may want to use as a starter. The OWC black book offers a
lot more detail on the subject.
