interactive e-mails

Is it possible to create a form in Publisher that is interactive (i.e. a
survey)? For example, i send an e-mail to someone they open it, I would like
to have an option for a hyperlink that says "take survey here." But instead
of going to a webpage it opens up their e-mail client and then the body of
the e-mail comes up with text already in it. So the recipient only has to
type in their answers underneath the questions. Is this a possibility? If so,
is it possible to have checkboxes or bubbles to click on?

Thank you so much

No. You need the right tool for the job (Adobe Acrobat is one that springs
instantly to mind).

A "dirty word" in this NG also springs to mind: Serif PagePlus. It
allows one to do PDF forms. Very advanced - using Javascript, one can
even apply discounts for multiple purchases, for example. It is a
WYSIWYG program, so layout is a snap. If one is used to MS Pub, it is
not a steep curve to adapt to PP's format.

Now how in hell would Acrobat be the answer? Seems like Acrobat springs into
your mind rather easily these days.
