Interactive problem in 'include page' in dynamic web template

Hello,
Please would someone advise me? My interactive buttons do not work properly
in that they appear correctly initially and then grey out as the mouse rolls
over the button (www.marclaniado.po.gs). The buttons are contained in an
include page, which is in a dynamic web template. The buttons, dynamic web
template, and the pages that use the dynamic web templates are in separate
folders.
I understand that maybe some of these may need to be in the same folder.
Exactly which of these need to be in the same folder? Thank you for your help.

They are not really design to work from within a shared border or FP include page, consider using
them in the Dynamic Web Template directly.
