Interactive Reference Guide for PowerPoint 2003 to PowerPoint 2007

Hello,

Hope someone can help. When I click Start Guide within the Help System for
Interactive: PowerPoint 2003 to PowerPoint 2007 Common Reference Guide, my
computer launches Adobe Macromedia Dreamweaver CS4 and display a Runtime
error. However, when I go to Microsoft website I'm able to run the
interactive guide without any problems. The interactive guide launches IE.

Is there a way to correct the issue I'm having so that when I click Start
Guide within the Help System of PowerPoint, it will display the interative
guide in IE?
