Interactive Training CD

In my Step by Step Interactive Training CD I am unable to use it because it sets itself to paus
before I can play it and will not come off PAUSE. Would appreciate any help I can get.

Contact your system vendor as the ITCD is only supplied with OEM versions.
Your system vendor is obliged to assist you with *ALL* support queries,
including replacement keys and media. Microsoft cannot, will not and does
not assist with OEM-supplied software or hardware.

It does rather! If you don't know where you purchased your system, then are
you /sure/ you're capapble of using it?!
