interactive trivia games

I have been playing around with powerpoint to try to develop trivia games
with interactive multiple-choice Questions and Answers. Do you know anyone
who develops or writes software in maybe visual basic, java-script, or other
languages for interactive trivia games. can powerpoint be used to do this?
Something similar to Who wants to be a million-aire game.

Be sure that you save the ZIP file, then drag the PPT file out of the ZIP
folder (to unzip it). Also be sure that you have macro security set to
medium so that it asks you to enable macros when you open the file.
Finally, you can just edit what is on each slide to put your own answers.
When in slide show view, if you click on a dollar amount on the game
board, it takes you right to the answer.
