Interbase Manager

I just noticed Interbase Manager in my control panel. The service is
running. Google searches revealed that it is a Borland product. It isn't
listed in add and remove programs. Does anyone know how I might have gotten
this or if I should get rid of it?

Must have been installed by one of the many softwares present on your
system.

Unless you know what you are doing, don't get rid of it just for the
pleasure of cleaning it otherwise, one of the software that you have paid $
for or that have important datas to you may become useless.
