Interchange between Office 97 and Office XP documents

I am currently running Office 97 both at home and at work
and frequently transfer documents between the two. If I
upgrade to Office XP will I still be able to transfer docs
back and forth?

Yes, the file format is fundamentally the same with the exception of Access.
