Interest Rate Calc using Rate() Function

I've been trying to use the Rate()function in a calulated query field. The
function is available in the built-ins of the query expression builder. I
put in all the factors the prompts request, but I continue to get the #Error
result.

I've been trying to get this question posted since last night, but for some
reason my questions do not post. If this actually does, I could really use a
hand ASAP PLEASE.
