Interesting Visio GUI problem!.....

Hi there,

Interesting Visio problem (Enterprise Architects SR-1)

When I start Visio, it updates the directory cache each
time, opens up, and then the GUI disappears.

HOWEVER, visio.exe is still running as a process in task
manager (although not as an application).

I've tried uninstalling, service packs, standard 2002
version...nothing seems to help.

Does anyone know how to help?
