Interface not registered - error when emailing a note

When I select "Send to mail recipient" (Ctrl+Sh+E), and then click on "Send
a copy", I get the error message "Interface not registered".

This happens on three different computers that were functioning fine the
last time I tried. Anyone knows why?

Thank you very much. That solved my problem.

The reason why I posted it here is that it only happened when mailing from
OneNote.
