Intergation with Outlook 2003 on Vista

I have Vista Ultimate and use OneNote 2007. The company uses Lotus Notes
which I refuse to use so have Outlook 2003 as the email client.

Having just upgraded from XP to Vista, I hav a couple of questions:-

1. In order for the Outlook to connect to the Lotus connector, I need to run
outlook as Administrator (i.e. from right click). Is there a system setting
that will allow me to always run it this way to save me having to right click.

2. OneNote no longer connects to outlook and vica versa. I have checked the
Add-ins tab in OneNote and there are no add-ins. How do I add the Outlook one
if this is what is needed.

Thanks in advance,

Tony
