Intergrate email templates to toolbar and distribute them?

I Have managed to intergrate a number of email templates to the outlook
toolbar on my own PC, however i now what to find out a way to dsitribute them
to a number of users over the network. I can distribute the files ok but am
not sure on the distribution of new toolbar customisation's

The only supported way to distribute toolbar customizations is with a COM add-in. While you can give someone your outcmd.dat file to replace theirs, doing so means they'll lose any earlier customizations that they made.
