intergrating outlook with active directory

im looking to intergrate outlook contacts with active
directory in windows 2003, im also looking to share
calanders from outlook so that users can see each others
calanders.

is this possiable?
Any info would be appreciated!!!!

**please note that the e-mail has 2 underscores
