I have a word document that prints from a third party application. Once in
a while, when you hit the print button, the contents of the document
"scrunch" to the left side of the page indented by the left margin size. If
I select the contents of the Word document and change the font, it will
display correctly. This word document is using the mail merge utility in
Word. I've tried different printers, drivers, etc. and nothing has fixed
this issue.
The only thing that I've found is that it doesn't seem to happen on an XP
machine we have that has Office 2002, although it could be a coincidence and
there could be a difference with something else. The other machines are all
XP with Office 2000 or 2003.
If anyone has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate it.
