Intermittent Fonts when using Export to Web (MHT) Function

I will open an .xml file and use the Export to | Web fuction from the File
Menu. When I open the *.mht file the fonts throughout the document are
different. If I were to export the same *.xml file using the Export to | Web
fuction and open the *.mht the fonts could be consistant throughout the
document. This is the same PC, same printer, same peron, same template, same
five minutes. What would cause such differing results?
