Intermittent horizontal scrollbar in PWA 2007

We have recently deployed Project/PWA 2007 (for which I am an Admin) and have
encountered a problem. Whenever the content of the PWA page is such that the
horizontal scroll bar appears (such as in the project center or resource
center), it usually doesn't work. The scrollbar will sometimes start working
spontaneously, but I have not discovered any way to make it do so. Has
anybody else encountered this problem and, if so, is there a fix?
