Hi All,
I have a number of users reporting intermittently being redirected back to
their Project Web Access (PWA) home page when trying to use the website. For
some users this happens infrequently (1 in 10 visits to a page) for others it
happens very frequently (8 in 10). It seems to only occur for PWA pages with
grid controls (e.g., "View timesheet summary", "View my tasks", " Project
Centre" ). I've been able to replicate the problem myself intermittently (2
in 10) on the "View timesheet summary" page.
I have read the thread "Subject: Selecting Tasks returns to Welcome Page ??
5/24/2005 11:35 PM PST By: Pirkka In:microsoft.public.project.server ".
What's MDAC and how do I check which version I have installed?
My installation is a Win 2003 Project Server 2003 SP2a single server
implementation, with users 100 Base-T ethernet LAN connected to the server.
The client machines are Win2000 and XP and kept up to date with maintenance,
users have been advised to deinstall third party toolbars. Client machines
typically run the MS AntiSpyware Beta1.
Does anyone else see similar symptoms? Does anyone have suggestions for a
protocol to eliminate possible causes?
Thanks & regards
