Hi,

Hoping that someone can help.

I have a user that types a word document and then saves it in a
specific location. If she then goes back to the document and makes a
change, then saves it she gets the error above.

When she then prints the document it comes out on the page smaller then
it appears on the screen.

I have reinstalled Office Standard 2003 and applied all updates
including Service Pack 2 and this doesn't appear to have fixed the
issue.

Can anyone help me with this please...

Hi,

Have managed to sort this out by deleting her local normal.dot and this
appears to have done the trick...
