"internal email" to save info

Hi,

I like to have an email address like "xyrelated" which I can put into the
"To" or "CC" line and Outlook then shall copy this email to a special folder.

My first idea was to create a new email address and use a filter to sort the
"incoming" mail - but the IT Admin did not like that idea ;)

Any suggestions that I can do in my outlook 2003 without IT-Admin help ?

If you want to have a second email address but the admin won't give you one, I don't know how we can help with that. Maybe you can expand on your description on what you're actually trying to accomplish with that address.
