internal error 2349 - contact support

I have been trying to reinstall office 2000 - having had to recover my
machine and all I am getting is the message internal error 2349 - contact
support - who's support and where - all I really want off the cd is the front
page part and I have tried running it straight from cd rather than
downloading to hard drive but still the error occurs - any ideas please
