internal error 2349 when installing office 2000 sr-1 update

I have a toshiba satellite 2515cds with windows 2000. I
am trying to update my office 2000 but when I run the
office 2000 sr-1 installation file I receive "internal
error 2349". My software is through a not-for-profit and
therfore do not qualify for microsoft support. Can anyone
lend me a hand?
