Internal error 2349

I had internal error 2349 while trying to update windows
office.

I downloaded the core update successfully, but during the
CD-2 download my internet provider disconnected me. (They
dont allow you to go on for over 2 hours) I reconnected
at clicked retry. The download continued from the same
place. The core update was installed, but when i tried to
do the CD-2 update it did nothing for ages and then gave
me "Internal error 2349"

Both disks are legally copied disks from the university
of Sheffield. The first disk was OK, but the second disk
is slightly scrached. I cleaned both disks before
attemting install.

I tried to go through Microsoft technical support but i
got this "Products purchased under a Select Licence
Agreement are not eligible for no-charge support. You may
go back and choose another support option or enter
another Product ID number."

Any tips? I dont want to spend another 2 hours+
downloading the update again. It was the first update.

Dont worry, update successful. I ran "o2ksr1a.exe" again,
and it said that the core update was installed, and that
the CD-2 update was still on the PC. So i tried to
install the CD-2 update again. Halfway through, my
antivirus crashed followed by the install.

So i cleaned the CD again, stopped the virus scanner and
put the disk into my second CD drive. And it worked!
Update succesful. I never knew it was my antivirus that
was messing it up. It crashed in such an odd way too, i
got something like "NT4 error" !!!

All fixed
