Internal Error 2902

Anyone know what a 2902 internal error is when
installing XP Office? The only other information given
was (icoFileCopy )

Once I click OK to the error message, the installation
goes backwards and deletes everything that it just
attempted to install.

This is not an upgrade, it's a clean install.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
