Internal Server Error - 500

[Riskmgr]

I am running Frontpage 2002 with all updates on Win2000
pro. I have encountered errors when maintaining my website
on Ipowerweb, an apache server running linux with FP
extensions.

I am unable to stabilize my site and continue to get this
error message:

500 Internal Server Error
Internal Server Error The server encountered an
internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
complete your request. Please contact the server
administrator, (e-mail address removed) and
inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything
you might have done that may have caused the error. More
information about this error may be available in the
server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was
encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle
the request.

I contacted the server group and they say that the
extensions are installed properly.

Any idea's on what is going on before I change ISP?

That is a server error that the host must resolve on their end.
