Internal support error has occured -Outlook 2003

I am running Exchange 2003 and using Outlook 2003 and sometimes when I send
emails to my distrubution lists I have created I get this error. I did some
looking around and change the indentical display names I have to unique
display names. This seemed to help, sort of, I get the error every now and
agian. I have all updates on my machine and server.

Ideas?
