We have a user that cannot get into a project schedule. When they go into
Project Pro they find that have 1 task update that needs to be applied to the
schedule. When they click yes to approve the task update, the schedule
starts to open project 2, project 3, etc. and finally crashes. If the user
hits No to applying the task updates then they are able to open the project
schedule.
When I look into the manage queue, I see the following job that runs around
the same time - Internal (Timer Message) - the job only runs for this one
user and it completes successfully, but we the user still cannot open the
schedule.
We are currently in Service Pack 2 with April CU and the latest hotfix.
Does anyone know what the job Internal (Timer Message) is doing?
Thank you,
