International Address Formats in Accounting Express 2007

I have been trying to get Accounting Express to display addresses for my
international clients. The US "city, state, zip" format is not correct for
addresses in other contries. I have added a new Country/Region for Germany
and entered the A2, A3, and ISO codes and the address format does not change.
Reformatting works well in Outlook Contacts and Business Contact Manager. How
do I get it to work when entering addresses for Customers in Accounting
Express?
