international visual keyboard

I downloaded the file VkeyInst.exe which is supposed to provide a visual
keyboard for when I switch my default language to another. When trying to
install it fails saying I need a XP/2000 Office product. I have Office 2003
installed. How do I get this to work? I haven't found a version for Office
2003.

What operating system are you using?

XP Pro. I found the answer. MS apparently discontinued the app for Office
2003, but in the Accessories/Accessibility menu is the option for onscreen
keyboard. I set my language to Spanish, and the onscreen keyboard shows the
Spanish keyboard. Maybe this is why they discontinued the other app.

Correct. As you read in the link you referenced Win XP was not a
supported operating system for that reason.
