Internet access thru Outlook Express

Can anyone out there please help me revise the bottom of
the screen, in Outlook Express, to properly link me to my
internet page.

Currently the internet access is pointing to "SNET
Internet" (my initital phone connection).....I now have
COMCAST DSL connection. When connecting to the internet
via Outlook express, the connection is sending me to an
old SNET sight
