internet calendar missing appointments

When I publish my internet calendar with Outlook 2007 running on a Vista, not
all of my appointments are published. I looked at sensitivity and all are
set to normal; none are marked as private and there is a mix of free and busy
dates. All appoiments are categorized. I am publishing back 30 days and
forward 60 days. Is there something else that must be set to get all of the
appointments published? I would expect to see the same calendar when I
display my published calendar and my regular calender side by side in Outlook.
