internet calendar subscription's reported error (0xB5940119)

When I added an internet calendar the first time it sync up the data the next
times it keeps giving me this problem - it only happens with vista not with
xp - both systems are using Outlook 2007. Any suggestions?

I have deleted and redone this several times - no change.
