If you're referring to Entourage, it cannot import multiple events from
a single .ics file. If you can convert the one file into multiple files
that each contain a single event then you can drag those onto
Entourage's icon to import them.

Outlook2Mac from Little Machines claims to be able to do this and the
price is very reasonable: <http://www.littlemachines.com/>.
