Internet connectivity for Outlook 2007

When I turn on my Outlook program I get a notice that "Connection to the
server cannot be established,
http://services/msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp is now in offline mode."
What can I do to correct this? Thanks for any help.

Remove the Email Account that points to this hyperlink.
