internet email settings wizard - where is it?

I am gettign this error when trying to set up outlook :

'the pop3 email account you created does not support secure password
authentication (spa). in the internet email setting (pop3) wizard dialog box,
clear the 'log on using secure password authentication (spa)' check box.

Can anyone direct me to the 'internet email settings (pop3) wizard dialog box?

What version of Outlook are you using? I don't remember any version of
Outlook refering to that wizard...
