Internet Email To ISP domain does not get delivered

I've recently set up Outlook 2003 on a new computer, using the exact settings for my Internet email ISP connection as I used with Outlook 2000. However, I can send email to all email domains EXCEPT other accounts in my email domain ISP?

(Testing the connection in Outlook works fine and I receive a test email; send/receive works without errors and emails sent to other users in my email domain leave the outbox - never to be seen again!! I can also send emails to other users in my domain using command line SMTP from this machine...

Any help would be greatly appreciated, since my ISP is not helping to get this resolved!
