Internet explorer 6.0 "Edit button"

Hello,
When viewing some webpages using internet explorer 6, I sometime get the
option of "editing with notepad" or Word when I click on the button "edit".
How can I add Excel to this list so that I can view the content of the
webpage as an excel doc.

Excel is not an appropriate program to edit a web page with.
