Internet explorer cannot download / from help

After installing the Vista RTM from MSDN, the help and support feature works
in both the online and offline mode. After installing the Office 2007 RTM
from MSDN, I get an error when trying to access the help and support feature.

Whenever I press F1, I get an error message stating "Internet explorer
cannot download / from help". I click on OK and the help windows just stays
blank.

Both checksums for Vista and Office 2007 are correct and I have reburned and
reinstalled using combinations of both media.

Any ideas / suggestions?
