Internet Explorer Script Error in Outlook

Outlook 2003. I have several users who access the internet through Outlook.
Suddenly they have been receiving errors. Usually they say something about
script error, and something is not defined. This does not come up if they
use internet explorer to access the internet. I've tried everything. Any
suggestions?

I have one: Outlook isn't a web browser. Don't use it as one.

I suggested that to them, but old habits are hard to break. It's odd that
this error just started a couple weeks ago.
