Internet Explorer-Very Urgent

I accidentally gave a 'shred' command to my IE icon on my desktop.Since then
I have'nt been able to open my IE at all. Pls. suggest.

Double click My Computer

(usually C drive) double click [color=blue:b2a7d78c0b]Programm
Files [/color:b2a7d78c0b]to open, you are nearly there

Double click [color=blue:b2a7d78c0b]Internet Explorer Folde
[/color:b2a7d78c0b]to open, right clic
[color=blue:b2a7d78c0b]Internet Explorer Icon[/color:b2a7d78c0b]
scrolling to to left click on copy (Icon now copied to clipboard)

Paste shortcut to desk top, hope that helps
