Wherever you go for help, you'll make it much easier to give and to get by
saying what *version of IE and what OS.* Makes a difference sometimes as to
how you fix whatever is your IE problem. Also the particular IE problem
your having might be fixed without reinstalling or uninstalling what you
have.

Also MSN has IE newsgroups where people who make a practice of fixing IE
problems hang out:
