Internet Fax Service in Office 2003, howto implement as a provider?

Hi,

We have developed similar services to Venali, meaning sending email messages
to fax with tiff attachment.
I have been searching for a while now, howto enable the "Send To\Recipient
using Internet Fax Service"
to our services, and I cannot find any place of a howto or available SDK or
so.

Could you please give me some information of how to do this?
