Hi Simon,
Normally, the primary email address will be used as the internet free/busy. Please change your email address
"(e-mail address removed)" as the primary email address in the mailbox. And set the domain address as the second one. Note: This
should be edited by the admin of the exchange server.
What is the result?

Thanks for your response.
To answer your question, I have one mailbox with two email addresses
attached to it in Exchange. One email address is (e-mail address removed) and the other
(the one I actually use and is my default email address in Exchange) is
(e-mail address removed). However, someone can only view my published free/busy
information if they have (e-mail address removed) in my contact information in their
Outlook contacts.
After reading the KB article you sent me (and thanks for that, by the way),
I am still unclear as to what decides the email domain that Outlook requires
when accessing free/busy files. Looking at the vfb file in Notepad there is
nothing there that refers to either domain or email address. Is there a
document published that might help me better understand that part of the
process?

Do you mean that you have two actual mailboxes or just one mailbox and which use two addresses to point to this mailbox?
If you publish the domain account's free/busy, it should be only accessed by the domain address. Thanks for your understanding. For more

I have setup Outlook 2007 to publish free/busy data to a web site. External
contacts can configure a contact (for me) in Outlook 2003/2007 to look at
that free/busy file on that website to grab the free/busy data.
Data is accessible from:
https://www.something.ca/freebusy/firstname.lastname.vfb
In my domain I have two email addresses:
(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed) (DEFAULT)
When an external contact configures an Outlook contact that represents "me",
that Outlook contact must have the email address that represents my DOMAIN
rather than my default email address in order to see my free/busy information.
Is there a way to change the behaviour so that Outlook doesn't care if the
email address matches the domain? People don't actually know my domain email
address, only my "nice" email address.
