Internet Hyperlink

How can I click on cell P2003 and have all cells "P32001" That are not
hidden (shown) open up a web hyperlink?
The page I would like to open is
http://moneycentral.msn.com/investo...&DB=1&DC=1&D7=&D6=&symbol=JCG&nocookie=1&SZ=2
Each cell will have to be individually included in the web page address &
will open up under separate tabs. The one showing here is JCG.
I know this is possible, I just can't figure out how? Can someone please
help me?
