Internet links in email are disabled in Outlook version 2007 on Vi

I keep getting the message - Contact Computer Administration - Links are
restricted on this computer for your safety.
I have tried to change internet setting, disable firewalls (McCafee),
securiyt settings and none of this has made any difference. I am at a loss
here.
