Internet links open up as blank pages

Whenever I click on a link while in explorer, I only get a blank page without
any information. How can I fix this?

Has nothing to do with MS Office ( in future post in an IE newsgroup)
but try

Start, Run and paste in the following line and press enter.

regsvr32 urlmon.dll
