internet mail to exchange server

I have a couple customers that installed outlook internet
mail only, I now need to get rid of internet mail and
install/configure for ms exchange server/corporate
workbook. HELP please have tried to uninstall/reinstall
and I am not getting the corporate workbook option during
the installation.

what version of outlook?
outlook 98 - rerun setup and choose reconfigure
outlook 2000 - tools, options, mail tab... reconfigure
outlook 2002, tools accounts, add the exchange account
