When trying to set up a new e-mail account through integratelecom the help desk lady had me remove the internet option from Outlook and now I can not open Outlook and don't seem to have an option to put it back. Can anybody help me?

Can you explain a bit more where in Outlook you removed it and what version
of Outlook you are using?
