Internet Options & Word as HTML Editor

I have IE6 (windows 98)and the
browser->File menu -> Edit
dont work (is in white color)
In Internet Options -> Programs -> HTML Editor
there isnt the Word (there is only Notepad).
I have Word 2000 and i reinstal it but the Edit command
again dont work....
How can add the Word as HTML Editor ?
