Internet stops working after I start Outlook

Hi,

After I start Outlook 2002, cable modem connection to the
Internet stops working. It works fine before I start
Outlook. But after I start Outlook, IE Explorer can't
access the Internet and Outlook can't get my mail. (Any
other programs that have to access the Internet can't get
on it either.)

I have McAfee Security Center installed and I disabled
it, but no luck.

In order to access the Internet, I have to restart the
computer.

Does anybody know what is wrong?

You may have some issues with how you connect Outlook to the Internet. What
is your connection type under the Account Properties? Also, how are you set
to connect under IE->Tools->Options->Connections?
